In this role, you will work directly with various departments across to develop acquisition strategies, analyze performance, and optimize to drive sales. These teams include but are not limited to product, marketing strategy and media partners, marketing analytics, and our internal creative agency.
Provide strategic ecommerce guidance on marketing projects that support new customer acquisition activities on Sling.Develop a site merchandising calendar in collaboration with the Strategy team
• Create and maintain site experiences in collaboration with brand and design teams inclusive of landing pages, personalization and promotions
• Proactively create, monitor and share reporting to identify opportunities to improve the performance of site experiences and marketing campaigns
• Partner with experimentation and personalization groups to test and scale site improvements
• Work with customer insights and analytics teams to understand consumer pain points
• Provide input to product and UX site enhancements to improve site capabilities
• Act as the voice of the customer to assess and provide feedback on media to site journeys
• Effectively manage collaborative work with cross functional partners including marketing, media, product and IT
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, site merchandising or ecommerce
• Experience in both leading and implementation of successful website campaigns
• Experience with Adobe (Adobe Target, AEM, Analytics, etc) or similar platforms strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field preferred
Understanding of web development, web design and content best practices
• Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and experience with analytics programs such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Quantum Metrics
• Strong organizational and project management skills to prioritize projects
