We need these kinds of skills and talents as we Create Once in a Lifetime Experiences for our Fans.**The Role:**The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory is seeking a Conversion Crew Member for our 2026 concert season. The Conversion Crew Member plays a critical role in the successful execution of each event, with a primary focus on converting and reconfiguring chair layouts for every show. This position is highly hands-on and physically demanding, requiring flexibility, quick problem-solving, and the ability to adapt on the fly in a fast-paced environment. Team members are responsible for efficiently transforming seating configurations to meet event specifications while also maintaining a clean, safe, and organized venue throughout daily operations and live events.**Responsibilities:*** Pull, replace, and transport trash and recycling throughout the venue during daily operations and events* Monitor waste levels and proactively service high-traffic areas* Set up, move, and break down equipment, bins, materials, and chair layouts as needed* Convert and reconfigure chair layouts for each show according to event specifications* Respond quickly to unexpected issues and operational needs during events* Assist with general event operations and venue upkeep* Always maintain cleanliness and safety standards* Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors and team members during shifts**Qualifications:*** Ability to perform continuous physical labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy loads* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time* Comfortable working outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions* Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays* Ability to work in crowded, fast-paced, and high-energy event environments* Strong work ethic and reliability* Ability to solve problem independently and make quick decisions* Flexible and adaptable with changing priorities* Good communication and teamwork skills* Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety* Prior event, operations, or facilities experience is a plus, but not required* Flexible scheduling required based on event needs.
