Location: Miami, FL 33122 Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics Type: Full-Time | On-site Languages Required: Bilingual - English & Spanish Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual Ocean/Air Documentation Clerk to support our logistics operations in Miami. The ideal candidate will have experience handling international shipping documents and be proficient with Magaya software. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process all documentation related to ocean and air export/import shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations, carrier requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Enter shipment data accurately into Magaya and maintain records.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and clients.
  • Track and update shipment status and provide documentation to relevant parties.
  • Communicate with customers in English and Spanish regarding shipment documentation.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics documentation.
  • Proficiency in Magaya is required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of export/import regulations, including AES, HBL/MBL, AWB, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 Per Year
