About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on sales leader with a proven track record in closing complex, high-value enterprise deals and coaching others to do the same. This role is pivotal in shaping the sales engine of the company, with a focus on increasing the sales pipeline, driving new logo acquisition in regulated industries, and formalizing the end-to-end sales process. The Head of Sales will be responsible for defining and leading a high-performing, acquisition-focused sales team, refining scalable sales processes, and directly supporting field sales efforts. Collaboration with the CEO, and cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on performance, accountability, and hands-on leadership are essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a background in early-stage B2B software companies and a strong ability to coach and develop sales teams. Experience in regulated industries, particularly in the Life Sciences and Federal verticals, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with a collaborative approach, grit, and adaptability to work in a smaller company environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience in the Life Sciences vertical or similar regulated industries is a plus. The Head of Sales will be instrumental in the company's growth, with the opportunity to make a significant impact and help the company scale to new heights.
