About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and execution of talent and brand initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of campaigns, ensuring they are not only impactful but also culturally relevant. This role involves the development of integrated campaigns across various platforms, the creation of compelling brand and talent narratives, and the identification of emerging trends and partnership opportunities. The VP of Strategy will also be instrumental in driving business development, particularly in the context of RFP strategy, and will be expected to have a proven track record in crafting campaigns that blend creative storytelling with tangible results. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications, with a preference for those with a background in agency or brand-side roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital, social, influencer, PR, experiential, and partnership ecosystems, and a strong network within the sports, lifestyle, and entertainment industries. Expertise in business development, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to turn insights into action are essential. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
