The Company is in search of a Head of Capital Markets to spearhead its equity fund-raising initiatives. This pivotal role involves the strategic task of securing capital from a diverse range of external sources, including institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the firm's growth within the real estate sector, with a focus on multiple asset classes. Key responsibilities for the Head of Capital Markets include capital raising, financial modeling and projections, deal structuring, market analysis, brand development, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements. Applicants for the Head of Capital Markets position at the company should possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in capital markets, investment banking, or real estate finance, with a proven track record in successful capital raising. A strong network and deep industry knowledge, particularly in real estate investment, are essential. The role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as proficiency in financial modeling, deal structuring, and market analysis. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or CFA. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes experience with multifamily, RV, and manufactured housing communities, and will be adept at enhancing the company's reputation and visibility in the capital markets.
