Overview Expanding Property Management Company in search of an entry level Assistant Property Manager. This position will assist in the day to day functions of the Property Management Department and the functions of the Property Manager in which he/she is assigned. The focus of this position is to support the Property Manager in all aspects of management pertaining to the client's property. Responsibilities Assist in the day to day functions of the Property Management Department and the Property Manager to whom assigned. Support the Property Manager in all aspects of management pertaining to the client's property. Participate in training to comply with new or existing laws. Demonstrate the ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation. Maintain neat, clean, professional appearance throughout the workday and whenever at the community. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate ability to support and contribute to the community team. Operate office equipment and software: telephone, calculator, copy machine, fax, PC/kbd, Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Outlook and community software. Maintain positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Minimum of one year experience in a customer service related industry and one year property management experience. Strong attention to detail and sales ability.
