Job Title MEDIA EXECUTIVE (SR) – WOIO/WUAB Company Gray Media (formerly Gray Television, Inc.) Location Cleveland, OH Overview Gray Media (WOIO CBS 19, WUAB CW 43, WTCL Telemundo & Gray Digital Media) in Cleveland has a rare opening for an energetic, positive‑minded & experienced salesperson. The role requires at least 3 years’ experience selling media and working with advertising agencies. You will develop new business in Ohio, consult local business owners to create advertising campaigns that exceed their goals, and close deals. Strong communication skills, marketing insight, and a goal‑oriented mindset are essential. MVR check required. Responsibilities Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Strategic thinking: identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet business objectives Lead contract negotiations and close high‑value deals Cold calling and prospecting for new clients Prepare and present proposed strategic solutions and tactics Provide follow‑up assessments of advertising effectiveness Use and learn data‑based results Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on key sales metrics/KPIs Qualifications Self‑starter with a goal‑oriented mindset and attention to detail Three years of cold calling or sales‑related experience Experience negotiating with advertising agencies Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex accounts Experience in media sales is a plus, but not required Excellent writing and communication skills, experience using MS Office products Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Google Ad Certifications a plus Compensation $50,000 – $60,000/yr.
