We are a family‑owned creditors rights law firm in search of full‑time Consumer Relations Specialists - Bilingual to join our team in our Birmingham, AL, office. We are looking for enthusiastic people with outstanding communications skills to work in a fun and fast‑paced call‑center environment. What You Will Do Resolve calls and negotiate best solutions for consumers and clients in a challenging environment. Able to follow instructions and make educated decisions based on training and position knowledge. Must follow and fully comply with all Federal, State and Local collection laws and practices. Meet and exceed all production goals. Must pass continuing education/training evaluations. Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation And Benefits Hourly rate of pay based upon experience + monthly bonus potential (after completion of training period). Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days + Holidays.
