JOB SUMMARY
The Central Experience Director supports the Executive Chief of Staff and Experience by helping bring the worship and experience vision to life across all TWC locations. This role coordinates closely with Worship, Creative, Production, and Communications to ensure every service and event is planned, aligned, and executed with excellence. The position centers on strong systems, clear communication, organized planning, and effective leadership across the Experience Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience Execution
Coordinate all worship experiences according to the direction provided by the Executive Chief of Staff and Experience.
Build and maintain service run sheets, timelines, transitions, and orders of service.
Ensure all experience elements are prepared, communicated, and executed with excellence.
Support experience teams in preparing for special events, services, and ministry initiatives by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
Creative, Production, and Communications Coordination
Serve as the operational bridge between Worship, Creative, Production, and Communications, ensuring aligned expectations and communication.
Capture notes, decisions, tasks, and follow-up items in planning and review meetings.
Partner with experience teams to ensure stage, production, video, graphic, and set elements are prepared and delivered on schedule.
Help maintain consistency and alignment in messaging, branding, and visual presentation across all service elements.
Project and Operational Leadership
Lead timelines, schedules, and deliverables for Experience Department projects, ensuring clarity and accountability across teams.
Maintain and improve systems, workflows, and planning processes that support consistent execution each week.
Collaborate with experience team members to track tasks, decisions, communication, and follow-up for all experience-related initiatives.
Assist with vendor coordination, budget tracking, and resource planning as directed by the Executive Chief of Staff and Experience.
Maintain organized digital files, service plans, checklists, and documentation for ongoing improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience working in worship, creative, production, or service‑planning environments
Strong organizational and project management skills
High attention to detail and follow‑through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and personalities
Proficient with MS Office Suite, Zoom, and relevant digital or social media platforms
Preferred
Experience coordinating worship experiences or creative projects
Familiarity with Planning Center, ProPresenter, Asana, or similar platforms
Experience working in a church or nonprofit creative or production environment
Basic understanding of audio, lighting, video, or stage design environments
