Key Responsibilities
Support pursuit management team from opportunity identification through award.
Collaborate with Capture and Solution Architect team members to fully understand client desires and requirements.
Support development of solutions targeted to deliver against client desires and requirements.
Translate solution concepts into compelling graphics and slides.
Develop proposal content for technical, management, and scenario responses.
Collaborate with authors of other proposal sections to maintain message alignment across all proposal sections and volumes.
Apply FEDSIM‑specific oral proposal methodologies and scoring strategies to maximize evaluation outcomes.
Collaborate in real‑time with graphic artists and SMEs to develop visually impactful slides that clearly convey technical solutions and win themes.
Research and capture best practices from previous submissions, debriefs, and answers to follow‑up questions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Location: Remote
Travel Requirements: Minimal 0‑20%

Qualifications And Skills Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related experience.
Experience developing oral proposals for FEDSIM and other large ( Strong project management skills including team facilitation and management of resources and schedules.
Excellent communication/presentation skills including persuasive writing skills.
Superior organization and follow‑through skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and analytical ability.
Excellent business acumen.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
Ability to lead and work together as a team, either in a support role or as a project leader.
Ability to translate objectives into a schedule and series of activities to meet requirements.
Must be willing to learn new skills.
Strong work ethic with the willingness to work overtime on short notice.
