Senior Admissions Recruiter – Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia. Full‑time, regular.
Job Summary Primary contact for prospective students in a defined geographic territory. Coordinates visits, college fairs, and admissions counseling. Drives enrollment through outreach and partnership with faculty.
Key Responsibilities
Manages assigned territory and recruitment cycle planning.
Counsels prospective students to apply and enroll at KSU.
Provides individual and group admissions counseling.
Trains new admissions counselors and front‑desk staff.
Improves workflow and communication with applicants.
Collaborates with faculty on general admission requirements.
Travels locally and nationally to recruit students.
Stays informed of admissions policies and procedures.
Provides guidance and advisement on enrollment processes.
Serves as coverage for admissions information sessions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
Three (3) years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in a related field.
Experience with university databases.
Experience in admissions recruiting.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency.
Compensation Annual salary range $51,600+. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 13 paid holidays, vacation, retirement plans, tuition waiver, wellness options.
