Architectural Drafter / Project Coordinator
Join a well‑established General Contractor and Architectural firm in Fort Worth, TX, specializing in industrial and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter/Project Coordinator to support our current Architect in drafting and design responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have 5‑7 years of experience in architectural drafting and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Responsibilities
Assist the Architect with drafting and design tasks.
Coordinate with various disciplines and consultants to ensure project alignment.
Produce high‑quality drafts and designs for industrial and commercial projects.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in architectural drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong coordination and production abilities.
Experience with industrial, office space, warehouse, or pre‑manufactured projects.
Familiarity with project coordination, construction, design, and BIM.
Work Environment The office consists of over 10 people, including an Architect, several Construction Managers, and ownership. We offer a hybrid work schedule of 2 days at home and 3 days in the, promoting work‑life balance. Job Type & Location Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 / yr. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
