We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Business Analyst to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while leveraging Microsoft technologies to deliver data-driven insights and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs and functional requirements
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development and implementation teams
Analyze data and create reports, dashboards, and insights using Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL
Support implementation, testing, and deployment of Microsoft-based solutions (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, or related platforms)
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions
Ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance standards, and best practices
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft technologies
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Microsoft 365
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. work permit
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure, or enterprise reporting solutions
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
