HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is currently hiring for a
Full‑Time Field Inspector
in the Queens, NY area. This position offers a pay rate of $24.00 per hour – weekly pay. Industry‑leading employee benefits include weekly pay, 401(k) savings plan with a company match, affordable medical, dental & vision benefits, employee referral bonuses, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more – available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Conduct site visits in all assigned NY boroughs using a company vehicle.
Ensure that all security officers are operating within company standards.
Assist the operations team and Directors with developing, managing, and communicating the security plan through leadership.
Ensure post‑order and uniform integrity meets a professional, consistent perception as per company standards.
Troubleshoot issues on site and fill out incident reports, as needed.
Periodically hold a security post for a call‑out, when required.
A Security Officer must perform duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Requirements Education Requirements (All): High School diploma or equivalent.
