We are looking for bilingual call center representatives to support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing for various support positions. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, assist callers with products, and professionally represent recognizable brands.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer inquiries, increase satisfaction, and drive sales growth

Learn our customer experience methodology and contact center technology

Interact with customers, manage accounts, and represent brands professionally

Identify sales opportunities and apply sales skills

Escalate customer issues appropriately

Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving

Must be 18+ years old

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication and typing skills (20+ WPM)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows

Reliable with good attendance and punctuality

Customer service orientation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year in customer service or support roles

State or Federal work experience
