Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and distribute digital signage and connect with our audiences using live or on-demand video communications.
Provide graphic services to include all phases of computer programming and technical skills.
Provide graphic services to include all phases of non-linear, interactive, digital content product design and development.
Provide graphic image production to include, but not limited to, the creation of original graphics using conventional or computer-generated products and delivery of completed project at both on and offsite locations.
Manage the input and creative meeting of all the graphic service specialists within EMC and integrate them into a cohesive vision.
Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve our website experience for prospects, leads, and customers.
Complete annual company and customer training requirements according to established policies and procedures.
Record labor hours daily in an online corporate system.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree may be used in lieu of experience
10+ years of working experience in graphic art design, information technology or computer in related field of study
Interim secret clearance required to start
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance within six months of start.
Knowledge of multimedia production tools and methodology, and a strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new software and hardware.
Possess basic computer skills and be able to perform, but not limited to, the following tasks: operate a computer, use email daily, record time and materials in VIOS, conduct online research, create and use Excel spreadsheets, create and process travel expense reports, and conduct mandatory/annual online training as required.
Knowledgeable and proficient in web design.
Skilled at directing visual elements from other artists like photographers, illustrators, production artists, etc.
Must be knowledgeable in digital signage systems and IP Videos.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based computer software to include Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium, Microsoft Office Suite applications and storage software and various product output to include small and large format printers including photographic output, laminators, manual and electric cutter methods, electronic presentation products.
Strong skills in typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to work and interface with customers, coworkers, and management.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Augmented/virtual reality, motion visuals, storytelling, 3D animation, design for video output.
Ability to provide support services outside of normal duty hours.
Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
