The Human Resources Expert role can provide you with the following responsibilities and opportunities: Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws Experience using basic Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management programs Ability to effectively use scheduling software Responsibilities Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, ensuring the right mix of experience for in-store and digital experiences. Lead recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates with the right skills and experiences. Support team member and leader training needs and advocate for continuous learning. Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices. Be approachable, listen to team members, and collaborate with leaders to take action as needed. Deliver on HR processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize disruption. Support leaders in following company compliance policies to mitigate risk to the team member experience. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks; assist guests as needed and thank them for shopping at Target. Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards. All other duties based on business needs.
