Lead full‑cycle recruitment for executive positions across Prime’s healthcare system. Develop sourcing strategies and selection processes at hospital and regional levels. Source, screen, and advance candidates, exercise independent judgment in matching qualifications, and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers, HR staff, and senior leadership to meet organizational recruiting needs. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 7 years of professional recruiting experience. Minimum 5 years recruiting executive‑level positions. Minimum 3 years acting as lead recruiter. Minimum 5 years recruiting passive candidates. Minimum 5 years experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Minimum 3 years advanced sourcing and data‑mining experience. Experience developing and negotiating job offers. Knowledge of federal and California employment law and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Preferred Qualifications
Positive interpersonal and effective communication skills. Benefits
