Overview
Primary Purpose: The Sr. Associate, HR Operations will be responsible for various tasks and/or projects supporting daily operations to align with our HR goals/objectives. The role is based in our headquarters in New York City in a hybrid-capacity (3 days a week in the office, Tues, Wed, Thurs) and will report into the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner. Workforce planning, recruitment, leadership and functional talent reviews, engagement & culture, HR system support and reporting, organization design, and other HR activities form the core scope of this role. Responsibilities
Workforce Planning: manage and partner with Finance and Total Rewards to manage compensation budgets, forecast processes and staffing plans, including Quarterly Outlook (QO), Workforce Budgeting (WFB), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), temporary staffing; track people-related activity in a templated format; oversee data integrity in HRIS (PeopleHub) and assist leaders with PeopleHub transactions; troubleshoot issues; gather compensation data for offers and salary changes. Recruitment: track current and upcoming open jobs; provide operational execution for openings (partner with Talent Acquisition, open positions in HRIS, provide hiring managers with instructions and materials, manage salary ranges, monitor milestones); liaise with temp vendors on temporary searches (CDP/PD); support internship program recruitment and placement. Leadership and Functional Talent Reviews: support and coordinate talent reviews, data management, reporting, and presentation development; partner on succession planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives. Engagement & Culture: run reports from engagement tools and surveys; assist action planning; champion onboarding initiatives and improve new hire and internal mobility experiences. People Management System Support and Reporting: act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, provide advanced support, reporting, and dashboards; use data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and present findings to HR and leadership; inform HR strategies with data. Organization Design: lead development and maintenance of org charts (Visio); prepare and deliver financial impact reports and proposals related to org design. Other: support onboarding for new hires and role changes; participate in global HR projects; provide miscellaneous administrative HR support. Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and HRIS platforms; strong data analytics, reporting, and visualization skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders; high sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; learning agility and resilience; demonstrated ability to drive results and process improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred; 3+ years of progressive HR operations, project management, or related HR experience; familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS; experience leading HR projects with measurable impact; experience with Lean/Six Sigma and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
