Job Duties As a Bilingual Staffing Specialist
Interview and onboard candidates
Match candidates to job opportunities based on qualifications and interests
Communicate with candidates and clients by phone throughout the day
Perform reference and background checks
Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay $18–$25 per hour, plus bonus opportunities
Qualifications
1+ years of lead or supervisory experience in customer service or sales
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Reliable transportation to visit client sites as needed
