Responsibilities
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share in the Los Angeles region
Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial property owners, insurance adjusters, and claims managers
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities using an existing book of business and market intelligence
Deliver compelling client presentations and negotiate contracts to secure high‑value projects
Partner with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain up‑to‑date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the company CRM
Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and market shifts to inform strategic decision‑making
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the restoration, construction, or property services industry
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios
Established and active book of business with strong relationships in the Los Angeles, CA market
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Highly self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Must provide professional references and pass a background check with a clean criminal record
