In this role, you will be the vital link between our service department and customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. You will communicate with customers to understand their vehicle service needs, coordinate with technicians, and provide accurate repair quotes and timelines.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
Provide accurate and timely repair estimates and timelines.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient work completion.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the service process.
Manage service orders and maintain detailed records.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in automotive service advising or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of automotive repairs and services is an advantage.
Xtime - 1 year preferred
