We are looking for a bright and talented professional to join our team as a Staffing Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company's strategic marketing plan to drive new business.

Position Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for proactively developing a new portfolio of clients, signing new clients, developing a market presence, and establishing a solid knowledge of the industry. We are a process and productivity-driven organization, and you will help expand our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the business strategy
Provide advice and recommendations on investments and business opportunities, focused on infrastructure
Oversee and lead sales and client engagement initiatives within the region
Provide guidance, performance management, and leadership to direct reports
Conduct data mining/networking to discover new leads
Confidently consult with clients over the phone about the organization’s benefits and abilities
Set appointments with prospects to generate sales revenue and build customer loyalty
Prospect for business partners and follow up with sales calls
Develop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to closing
Coordinate the transfer of leads to appropriate sales team members for opportunities identified

5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive
Experience with large staffing agencies such as Randstad, AppleOne, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adecco, Manpower, etc.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills
Understanding of sales cycles and lead generation approaches
Self-motivated with high diligence and accountability
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities
Experience in B2B marketing
Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively in business relationships
