giving us direct access to their members and communities.
Responsibilities
Meet virtually or in person with association members to understand their needs and recommend supplemental insurance solutions.
Educate clients through one-on-one consultations, webinars, and group presentations.
Use a consultative sales approach to help retirees protect their health, income, and legacy — including options like Fixed Indexed Annuities for long-term retirement planning.
Stay engaged with ongoing training, mentorship, and business planning to continuously improve your performance.
Qualifications
An entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A commitment to providing exceptional service and follow-through
A Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain — we’ll guide you through the process)
A desire to grow your income and independence with a performance-driven model
Compensation & Perks
Performance-based commissions with advanced payouts and lifetime vesting
No income cap — average first-year earnings of $70K–$90K, with top agents earning $100K+
