Project Initiation and Deal Making

Identifying development opportunities Conceptualization of projects Identifying financial and regulatory requirements, risks and potential returns Structuring transaction and financial details and execute deals Using financial modelling to predict outcomes and assess strategic fit Preparing pre‑feasibility, feasibility and annual business plans for new projects Conducting due diligence and assessments of projects as well as the JV partner or tenant Liaising with all stakeholders involved in transactions such as banks and financial institutions, accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies Collaboration in fund‑raising required for projects Negotiating deals Preparation of formal high‑quality presentations for banks, for the Board and Board Strategic Investment Committee for decision making on new projects, JVs and strategic alliances. Preparation and reviewing of contracts, agreements, term sheets/proposals, legal and transaction documents Ensuring deals are closed and prompt coordination and following up with clients in view of closing deals. Collaborating closely with company's Group Head of Finance on budgets, reviews and documents necessary for discussion with Banks Project Concept, Design and Feasibility

Establish design brief in consultation with management Appoint Consultants Work with consultants to produce preliminary concepts, designs and feasibility ensuring efficiency and financial viability Upon approval of preliminary design and cost estimates, develop further design with consultants Ensure all necessary permits and licences are received in a timely manner Further develop the designs and feasibility, with validation sessions with Management, obtain approval of Board and assist in securing necessary finance for project to move to Construction phase Work on marketing strategy with Group Head of Marketing and Commercial, ensure timely and adequate rolling out of strategy to ensure pre‑sales/ pre‑let / other pre requisite levels are achieved within set timeframes Work with Notary, the legal team and the Finance Team and Internal Management team in the development of Reglement de Coproprietes, CRP, Contrats de Bail, MOU and other documents necessary in the materialization of projects. Commercial intelligence

Ensure constant monitoring of market and obtention of market data to analyse trends, opportunities and development of projects that meet market demands and prices. Attend roadshows and other events when necessary to identify business opportunities, meeting potential partners/ clients, creating awareness about Mont Choisy Projects. Advise the Marketing team in the development of marketing collaterals. Participate in project launches. The Successful Applicant

Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to anticipate/understand market demands and develop appropriate briefs. Excellent project development and project management skills. Ability to develop concepts and lead consultant teams to obtain the optimum design which is financially viable and as per market demand. Strategic deal maker with strong negotiation skills. Strong financial analysis and business modelling skills (working with Excel). Ability to make convincing and well‑supported recommendations. Attention to detail. Proactively capable to provide insightful recommendations to the business on opportunities realised from his/her own personal research initiatives. Experience with creating reports, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations. Influencing & Negotiating. What's on Offer
