Job Overview Permanent Roof Company is seeking a dependable and motivated Apprentice Roofer to join our skilled field operations team. Based in Los Angeles, this is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to learn the trade and take the first step in a lasting career. You'll work alongside experienced roofers on high-end, custom residential projects—where professionalism, respect, and quality craftsmanship are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Assist experienced roofers with installations, repairs, and prep work.
Safely move, lift, and stage roofing materials on-site.
Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites at all times.
Follow safety protocols and company standards daily.
Learn and apply skills across multiple roofing systems: tile, shingle, flat, and more.
Represent the company professionally around homeowners and other trades.
Qualifications
1+ year of roofing or construction experience preferred (but not required).
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced roofers.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
Physically fit and comfortable working on roofs.
Able to travel to job sites throughout Los Angeles.
Professional demeanor—especially in high-end, occupied residential environments.
Weekly pay cycle.

Schedule Full-Time Monday–Friday
