Position Summary The CoverMyMeds Pricing team is looking for a Sr Analyst to shape pricing strategies that drive profitability, market competitiveness and customer value. In this highly visible role you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and optimize pricing models, provide actionable insights for leadership decisions and help evolve our pricing approach. Your work supports commercial success and long‑term growth.
What You’ll Do
Translate market dynamics, competitor trends and customer feedback into strategic pricing models and insights.
Lead design of scenario‑based pricing models to accommodate various contracting, regulatory or risk‑sharing frameworks.
Act as a thought partner in commercial deal structuring, evaluating pricing trade‑offs, ROI scenarios and innovative pricing mechanisms (e.g., outcomes‑based, subscription, tiered).
Contribute to long‑term pricing strategy, including value‑based pricing, price optimization and payer/provider engagement models.
Analyze customer and product data to uncover trends and inform optimization opportunities.
Operate effectively in an evolving environment, applying first‑principles thinking where precedent does not exist.
Serve as a resource to colleagues by sharing best practices in pricing science and optimization techniques.
Work independently with minimal direction, proactively identifying pricing opportunities and leading initiatives from concept to implementation.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Finance, CSBD, Commercial and Legal teams to evaluate pricing opportunities and influence go‑to‑market strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A or pricing role.
Preferred Skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and business units.
Strong communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
Lead initiatives with short‑to‑mid‑term impact on business results.
Apply in‑depth functional and operational expertise to solve complex problems.
Influence decision‑making across departments and contribute to enterprise‑level strategies.
Compensation Competitive Total Rewards package. Base pay range: $96,400 – $160,600. Additional compensation may include annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities.
