We are seeking a skilled

Lead Wet Finisher

to oversee the wet finishing process of precast concrete products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, has a keen eye for detail, and can lead a team to achieve consistent, high‑quality results. The Lead Wet Finisher will play a critical role in ensuring the final finish meets both project specifications and our company’s high standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily wet finishing operations for precast concrete components. Ensure surfaces are finished to required smoothness, texture, and quality specifications. Mentor and train team members on proper finishing techniques and safety practices. Inspect and verify quality of finished products, addressing defects or inconsistencies. Collaborate with Production Supervisors to meet production schedules and prioritize workflow. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist in process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in concrete finishing, preferably in a precast environment. Proven experience leading or mentoring a team in a production setting. Strong knowledge of concrete properties, curing methods, and finishing techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production drawings. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Physical ability to perform hands‑on finishing work, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Preferred Skills

Experience with various finish types Physical Requirements

Move minimum of 50lbs., spatial awareness/depth perception, walk, climb, bend at the waist, reach, forceful use of hand tools, vocal projection Work Environment
