We are seeking the RIGHT candidate to fill a full-time position as a dispatcher that exhibits teamwork and excellent customer service. You must be customer service friendly.
Must have experience Dispatching.
This position offers critical support to all departments of the company and contributes to our success as a whole. We are looking for the right candidate that is pleasant and energetic for the office environment being confident yet empathetic.

Dispatcher Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Good Customer Relations.
Computer skills.
Need to be able to navigate the internet.
Data entry.
Microsoft word and excel.
Send and receive emails.
Be able to work in a fast paced office environment.
Be able to work with others as a team.
Punctual with reliable transportation.
Answer multiple phones while staying calm.
Dispatch calls / keep track of drivers.
Able to use map quest.
Must have good telephone personality.

Understanding of client call flow.
