Responsibilities
Maintain, manage, and track consignments and loaner inventory
Provide territory case coverage and manage accounts within the assigned region
Aggressively solicit orders from current and prospective customers for assigned products
Prepare and submit required call reports and maintain up-to-date customer records
Attend sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as directed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 4 years of sales experience including 2 years of medical sales; or
High School Diploma or GED AND 2 years of Medtronic Neuroscience Clinical Specialist experience plus 2 years of prior clinical/sales experience; or
Associate Degree AND a minimum of 2 years of sales experience; or
Associate Degree AND 1 year of Medtronic Neuroscience Clinical Specialist experience plus 2 years of prior clinical/sales experience; or
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people and personalities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in an operating room setting
Flexibility in accommodating a varied work schedule
Experience in Orthopedics, Spine, or Operating Room settings
