Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for billing and financial support, project coordination, reporting, and customer and vendor relations.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
Supporting project coordination needs as needed.
Maintain required records, filing systems, and routine reporting schedules.
Communicate with internal and external customers.
Request vendor quotes and issue purchase orders as needed.
Maintain detailed customer notes.
Prepare and process billing, change orders, and final invoices.
Process insurance certificates, contracts, and claims per project and customer requirements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Construction/Project Coordination experience is preferred.
3+ years of billing experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Information Based on experience: $24-30/hr
