Primary Care Provider - Serve Underserved Communities

A community health organization is seeking a Primary Care Provider (MD/DO, NP, or PA) to serve underserved populations in New London, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical services, work within a multi-disciplinary team, and receive strong clinical support. MD/DO candidates must be board-certified and licensed in Connecticut. NPs and PAs are also encouraged to apply. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
