What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Answer customer and field employee calls from the Fleet Sales calling queue
Assist customers in locating trucks, trailers, and tow dollies
Support field employees in negotiating and selling trucks, trailers, and tow dollies
Provide tax and DMV fee information for vehicle sales
Maintain confidentiality of customer and pricing information
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or GED
1‑2 years of customer service experience
General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle difficult customers and high call volumes professionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in retail or automotive sales
Familiarity with inbound/outbound calls
Bilingual abilities
