Execute production‑ready files with strong attention to detail and quality
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and excellence
Participate in critiques, reviews, and creative discussions with openness and curiosity
Maintain organized files, version control, and production standards across projects
Who You Are
3–5 years of experience at a design studio or in‑house creative team, ideally within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or cultural sectors
Strong design fundamentals with an elevated sense of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
Comfortable taking direction while also contributing ideas, opinions, and visual perspective
Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines while maintaining a high level of craft
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
Interested in both digital and tactile design—print, materials, texture, and physical applications
Basic to intermediate familiarity with motion design or animation is a plus
Curious about and open to using emerging tools, including generative AI, as part of the creative process
Detail‑oriented, thoughtful, and self‑motivated
Someone who cares deeply about quality, restraint, and doing the work the right way
Bonus Points
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle branding
Comfort working on decks, editorial systems, or long‑form documents
Familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, Premiere)
Appreciation for writing, naming, and editorial storytelling
Experience with print production or working with fabricators and vendors
What We Offer
Hybrid flexibility with a home base in our Palo Alto or NYC office
Paid time off and studio‑wide breaks
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Mentorship and growth within a small, highly collaborative team
