Description
Responsibilities
Assist customers with Harley-Davidson parts and accessory purchases.
Provide excellent customer service and accurate product information.
Support service technicians with parts for repair orders.
Maintain organized parts displays and accurate inventory records.
Participate in promotional events and dealership activities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports parts sales preferred.
Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, and accessories highly desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in dealership management systems (Talon preferred) and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to bend, reach, and handle parts and merchandise regularly.
Ability to communicate clearly in person and by phone.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
