What to Expect
On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
Operate in a fast‑paced environment; stay flexible and open to change to meet evolving customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience? Training and coaching will be provided.
Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $63,000, including an uncapped commission opportunity.
