The Role We are looking for an

ambitious and self-driven Freelance Sales Representative

to develop and expand our client base in

Spanish markets . Your focus will be on

local companies

(not call centers) that need reliable recruitment partners.

You’ll be responsible for

building relationships ,

generating leads , and

driving revenue

— all while enjoying the freedom of a

flexible, remote freelance position .

Identify and approach potential clients in the Spanish markets.

Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with decision‑makers.

Actively reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to present Recruit4Work’s services.

Negotiate and close recruitment agreements.

Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and generating revenue.

Collaborate with our internal recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.

️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both

Spanish and English .

Comfortable working independently in a

remote environment .
