We are a service and retreading market leader with over 200 Commercial Tire Centers and Truck Care Centers across the United States. We offer a Total Solution for commercial and off‑the‑road fleets.
General Description As the Fleet Tire Sales Specialist (Base Salary + Commission) you will sell new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related products to current and new customers, achieve sales objectives, and represent the company professionally.
Responsibilities
Actively seek and develop new accounts.
Frequent local travel to customer sites.
Sell company‑supported products and services.
Meet sales goals set by management.
Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge.
Evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions using value selling.
Attend sales training and build product knowledge.
Perform manual tasks for extended periods (lifting, standing, bending, squatting).
Create or increase truck tire sales through a planned solicitation program.
Schedule fleet service appointments and coordinate with service department.
Conduct fleet needs evaluations, provide cost analysis and benefits.
Ensure prompt resolution of tire adjustments.
Deliver tires to customers as needed.
Basic Requirements
2+ years of successful Sales or B2B experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
At least 21 years of age.
No relocation for this position.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Associate Degree in related field.
Previous B2B sales experience.
Candidate Criteria
Strong oral and written communication.
Commitment to safety procedures.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
Self‑starter, initiative, able to work without direct supervision.
