Enterprise Account Executive Location: Remote, Southwest Territory | Department: Sales – Enterprise

Absolute Security seeks a driven, disciplined Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a named geographic territory in the Southwest U.S. The ideal candidate will manage a focused set of 20–40 enterprise accounts, driving renewals, expansion, and new pipeline to deliver ARR growth.

Territory ownership: manage a 20–40 account book in the Southwest, responsible for renewals and expansion/cross‑sell.

Pipeline creation: generate and sustain 4× pipeline coverage with strategic prospecting, multi‑threaded executive outreach and partner‑accelerated activities.

Deal leadership: lead enterprise sales cycles valued $250 K–$1 M+ ARR, with 6–9‑month cycles and global pursuits extending 12+ months.

Qualification discipline: apply MEDDPICC rigorously from first call to close.

Forecast accuracy: manage deals in Salesforce, Gong, and Clari; deliver monthly commitments within ±10% accuracy.

Executive engagement: build trusted C‑suite relationships that transform risk‑reduction conversations into multi‑year agreements.

Quarterly business reviews: conduct QBRs with executive sponsors to secure renewals, expand adoption and identify cross‑sell opportunities.

Account expansion: deepen relationships across all key stakeholders to drive larger, longer‑term commitments.

Internal orchestration: lead cross‑functional pursuit teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, Channel) while retaining single‑threaded ownership from discovery to signature.

Outperformance: consistently exceed renewal, expansion and new‑logo ARR targets to unlock uncapped accelerators and President’s Club recognition.

7+ years of enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales experience with a track record of over‑achievement.

Experience managing $250 K–$1 M+ ARR deals with long, complex cycles.

Strong command of MEDDPICC and the Command of the Message methodology.

Proven track record of driving renewals, expanding accounts and closing multi‑year agreements.

Discipline in pipeline creation, sales process execution and accurate forecasting.

Excellent communication, executive presence and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Background in cybersecurity, endpoint resilience or related SSE/DLP/MDR/MSSP sales.

Experience selling into regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, energy or education.

Established relationships with channel and OEM partners (e.g., Dell, Lenovo, HP).

Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Microsoft Suite, ZoomInfo and DemandBase.
