About the Role As Regional Sales Manager within BOQ Finance’s Equipment Finance business, you’ll lead a high‑performing team of Business Development Managers to deliver profitable growth across your region (VIC, WA & SA).

You’ll own regional deal quality and broker performance, manage budgets against ambitious growth targets and work cross‑functionally to bring product enhancements and campaigns to market.

Success looks like disciplined execution, strong broker relationships and consistently high standards of compliance and conduct, while role‑modelling BOQ Group’s values.

Key Focus Areas

Lead and coach BDMs to meet and exceed business growth targets.

Oversee regional deal quality and broker performance management.

Manage budgets and be accountable for revenue outcomes (> $500m scale).

Partner across Settlements, Marketing, Product, Risk, Legal, Audit & Compliance to deliver product development and campaigns.

Build and retain strong relationships across the EF broker network through excellent service.

Uphold BOQ Group values and Code of Conduct; ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
