Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Montgomery, AL. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Duties include prospecting new business leads, negotiating terms, preparing sales proposals, and networking to support business growth. The role also involves collaborating with the brokerage and marketing teams to enhance client acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

Proven ability in sales, client management, and negotiating sales agreements

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and strategize based on market insights

Understanding of commercial real estate, with prior experience in brokerage or related fields as a plus

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently on‑site

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is highly desirable

Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales software is beneficial

Strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple clients and priorities
