Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field with ongoing education. Professional Engineer (PE) license. 10-15 years of hands-on experience in structural engineering design & construction. Strong analytical skills for in-depth evaluation of complex situations. Ability to develop strategic solutions with minimal direction. Proven track record of collaborating effectively across teams and with external partners. Capable of handling project timelines ranging from six to twelve months.
