We are seeking an experienced Industry Consulting Business Consultant with a strong background in project management and life insurance domain expertise within the U.S. market.
The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of industry experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead infrastructure-related projects in a hybrid work environment based in Dallas, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage infrastructure and business consulting projects, including network management and server upgrades. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure successful execution of project plans while managing risks and resolving issues. Provide domain expertise in life insurance to guide project decisions and strategies. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Adapt to hybrid work requirements and maintain productivity in both remote and on-site settings. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the U.S. market. At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience in the U.S. market. Strong domain knowledge in life insurance. Proven experience managing infrastructure projects, including network and server upgrades. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in the Dallas, TX area.
