Responsibilities: • Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed • Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc. • Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/ loan officer • Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork • Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service • Assist in preparing CDLP reports, summaries, and case-specific mortgage scenarios • Draft emails, templates, and follow-up communications • Monitor deadlines and follow up with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals • Support day-to-day operations for the CDLP practice Qualifications: • Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired • Strong understanding of loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. • Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team • 5+ years of professional office environment experience as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant preferred • Must reside in Montana. • Prior legal experience preferred. Compensation: $41,600 - $48,500 yearly
