Requirements Admission to Ohio Bar Minimum 2 years of experience as an immigration attorney, preferably with a focus on asylum and removal Strong research and writing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exacting attention to detail Located in commutable distance to Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area, United States Authorized to work in the United States Responsibilities Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines Train and supervise staff Prepare and submit filings to DHS, DOS, and EOIR Prepare and revise court documents Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda Keep abreast of legislative and regulatory changes and judicial caselaw Handle interviews, court hearings and trials Market the law firm's services Position Type Salaried Full-time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Paid federal holidays Paid time off Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 Start Date Immediate or within 4 weeks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
