3-10 years of direct sales leadership experience with a player-coach mentality and ability to build playbooks and mentor an up-and-coming team. Must have:
Industrial B2B Sales Experience ; experience with fluid systems or a related technical field is a plus. In-depth knowledge of CRM software, sales tools, and performance metrics. Location
Candidates should be centrally located within New Jersey / New York / Pennsylvania region and have the ability to travel with the team to meet on-site with customers 75% of the time while spending 1 day/week in the office in PA or NJ. Job #5450 Base Salary:
