Key Responsibilities

This is a hands‑on growth role with full ownership of the revenue funnel. If your outreach creates interest, you’re expected to act quickly, engage prospects directly, have real conversations, and close opportunities end to end. This is not a role for someone who prefers to pass leads downstream.

You will operate across multiple functions. Your week may include product positioning, outbound prospecting, campaign execution, or building new growth infrastructure. The environment is fast-moving and unstructured, requiring comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action.

The primary focus is driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base. You’ll collaborate closely with a small growth team to deliver aggressive month‑over‑month growth in both revenue and active customers.

Design, launch, and scale growth experiments across a wide range of channels, including lead generation, outbound email sequences, direct outreach, events, partnerships, paid acquisition, and other creative distribution strategies. You will have autonomy to test, iterate, and scale what performs.

You will carry a quota and be accountable for measurable outcomes. Performance, ownership, and execution are core expectations.

Own initiatives end to end: writing copy and creating collateral, sourcing and building lead lists, configuring systems and workflows, and executing campaigns to completion without relying on handoffs.

Build and manage growth systems, including CRM workflows, experimentation frameworks, analytics, and multi‑channel marketing setups.

Beyond defined responsibilities, you’re encouraged to identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the business that align with your strengths and interests.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience in a quota‑carrying, full‑cycle growth or revenue role, with hands‑on experience in lead generation, experimentation, and closing.

Strong technical fluency, including experience with analytics tools, automated email systems, and complex marketing workflows.

Experience creating high‑quality marketing collateral (e.g., Canva, Figma) and a proven ability to write clear, persuasive copy.

Demonstrated experience contributing to the scaling of a product or business to significant revenue levels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience in an early‑stage, high‑growth startup environment.

Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), spreadsheets, and BI or reporting dashboards.

Experience selling to small business owners or non‑technical buyer personas is a strong plus.

A high‑ownership mindset with a willingness to do whatever it takes to drive results.
