Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can generate in home sales leads among our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $20 hourly, part-time or full-time, plus spiff for sold leads. Fuel: Reimbursement of fuel for travel to and from selected warehouses. Benefits: Full-time employees may enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k with match per company requirements. Important Note
This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door position. Job duties / Responsibilities
Speaking to potential customers/homeowners Gaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors Maintain a high level of professionalism & customer support Work independently including weekends Training will be provided Job Requirements / Qualifications
Professionalism in the warehouse; clean, professional appearance Must be High School Graduate & have reliable transportation Must be willing to travel locally to 3–4 stores: Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey County Must be able to stand 20-30 hours a week Friendly and approachable Able to speak clearly and professionally Strong ability to generate sales
