Job Description:

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients in order to increase revenue for the catering department. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the catering department Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and proposals for clients Coordinate all aspects of events, including menu planning, staffing, and logistics Ensure that all events are executed flawlessly and meet or exceed client expectations Manage the catering budget and provide regular reports on sales and expenses Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to maintain a competitive edge Requirements:
